In the series the couple allow the cameras to follow their lives for the first time - and we will see the glamorous life of Georgina, 27, attending fashion shoots, jet-setting to their lavish homes around the world as well as being a doting mum to the couple's four children.
Cristiano says of Georgina: "I didn't think at the beginning that it would be this strong, that I would fall in love with her I didn't expect it honestly, but then after a while I felt she was the woman of my life."
The docuseries was all shot in the last year, when Ronaldo, 36, was still a Juventus player and the family were mainly based in Turin, Italy, before his huge return to Manchester United.
In the opening episode, Georgina explains that: "Thanks to love my life is now in a dream.
"I have millions of followers and I'm the woman of the most-followed man in the world."
The couple both individually describe the chance moment they first met when Georgina was at the time working at the Gucci designer store in Madrid five years ago - and how their love blossomed over the following months.
Georgina says: "The day I met Cristiano it was a Thursday in summer. I'm on my way to work I get to Gucci as usual, I was off at 5 in the afternoon and a colleague calls me and says 'hey Geo' I'm on vacation but listen, there's a client who's going to buy some coats so please stay half an hour and take care of her.
"When I was leaving the store I see a very handsome man appear, almost two metres tall he was with a boy and some friends and I stand frozen.
"I started feeling butterflies in my stomach and thought huh what is going on with me. I didn't even want to look at him I was very shy.
Cristiano goes on to explain: "That was when I went in and Geo was there. It was like a moment, what's the word for it, we clicked.
"And that's when she got stuck in my head. That's the pure truth."
Georgina went on: "I started taking care of him at Gucci and one day he wrote and asked if I was going to an event. When I got there he looked very handsome, I remember exactly how he was dressed, how I was dressed."
Cristiano added: "Little by little we started talking more, it went in a natural way".
But it was a few months later when he invited her to dinner that sparks flew.
Georgina said: "On the way to the restaurant our hands brushed each other, and it felt that they had been there many times before. His hands felt familiar... they fit perfectly."
Cristiano beamed: "When our hands brushed, it was a moment that was unique."
Recalling the romantic moment, Georgina said: "My heart was going boom boom, boom boom."
Cristiano goes on to say: "Georgina is the woman of my life obviously. She's the woman I'm completely in love with."
Georgina gushed that it was a "very special start to our relationship" and recalls how she would arrive to work by bus and then he'd pick her up in his Bugatti, to the delight of her friends and co-workers at the Gucci store.
And now she explains she is living a fairytale life, travelling the world in Cristiano's CR-emblazoned private jet saying and attending dress fittings for red carpet events in Cannes.
In the new Netflix series Georgina will be seen at the couple's lavish homes in Madrid and Italy, as well as enjoying their yacht in Monaco and watching the Grand Prix.
Georgina says of her partner's vast Madrid mansion: "The first time I went to his home I got lost, it was so big. Since I was a kid I was used to living in really small apartments.
"After half a year here I was able to get to know where everything was."
The couple and their four children have since moved to a new mansion in Alderley Edge, and recently announced they are expecting twins together this year.
Soy Georgina (I am Georgina) launches on Netflix in the UK on Thursday, January 27 from 8am.
