A pet owner has demanded the law is changed after her beloved cat was found dead at the side of a road - when a motorist failed to stop.
Olivia Holland-Rose, 33, was left heartbroken after she was told by her neighbour to "come downstairs as soon as possible" after having a lie-in with her partner, reports MyLondon.
Tragically, her neighbour gave her the news her British longhair, Somali Cross, D’Artagnan, or Dart for short, had been killed by a motorist in January this year.
