Muslim men file lawsuit saying Alaska Airlines removed them for ‘texting in Arabic’

Two men have filed a federal discrimination suit against Alaska Airlines, alleging that staff removed them for a flight for “talking and texting in Arabic”.

In the lawsuit, Abobakkr Dirar and Mohamed Elamin claim the incident happened after they boarded an Alaska flight from Seattle to San Francisco on 17 February 2020.
