Musk says granting 'amnesty' to suspended Twitter accounts

Elon Musk wil grant a “general amnesty” for banned Twitter accounts, allowing its most controversial users back online.

Mr Musk said that all accounts that have not “broken the law or engaged in egregious spam” will be allowed back on the site.
