Raise a glass: the list celebrates the Irish influence in London
The eighth annual Murphia list has been released, celebrating the capital’s most influential Irish professionals across hospitality.
This year’s list, put together by Hot Dinners with support from the Irish food board, Bord BIA, reflects the changes that the last year has wrought on the London restaurant scene, with a small handful from last year’s list dropped after moving out of London, or after closing during the pandemic.
