Murdered Fishcross woman (74) named by police as Catherine Pryde

Police Murder Police Scotland

A woman murdered at a property in Fishcross on Mother’s Day has been named as 74-year-old Catherine Pryde.

Ms Pryde was found dead at a property in The Engine Green shortly after 7.30am on Sunday, March 19.

Following a post mortem, the death was confirmed as murder and the police investigation is ongoing.
