A body has been discovered inside a car parked next to a hospital leading to the arrest of a man on suspicion of murder.
The 56-year-old man was found dead outside the Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham, on Friday.
A 43-year-old man from Tamworth was arrested on Friday night, West Midlands Police confirmed.
Officers said the car has been removed for more detailed forensic examination and the area of the car park that was closed off has reopened.
A post-mortem examination has been scheduled to shed light on what caused the man’s currently unexplained death.
His next of kin have been informed of his death.
