Murder arrest after body found inside car parked at hospital near Birmingham

A body has been discovered inside a car parked next to a hospital leading to the arrest of a man on suspicion of murder.

The 56-year-old man was found dead outside the Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham, on Friday.
