MUMBAI: An FIR has been registered against a 42-year-old Malabar Hill woman after she allegedly posted her married ex-partner's obscene pictures on his 14-year-old daughter's school website as an act of revenge for breaking up with her. A sessions court this week rejected her anticipatory bail plea, observing that it must have been shocking and hugely traumatising for the girl to have come across pictures of her father kissing the woman, on the school's official website.
"The applicant (woman) and the informant (man) can spend their whole life fighting and litigating with each other for their own wrongs, but the applicant has no right to disturb the peace and tranquility of the informant's daughter and family," the court said. It said the acts of the accused had far-reaching consequences on the image, career, future and welfare of the girl.
