MUMBAI: A sessions court on Friday imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on a woman accused in gangster Sandeep Gadoli murder case.
The court noted that accused Sonia Pahuja was granted interim bail during the pandemic, adding that show cause notice should be issued against Pahuja to explain why she should not be arrested.
"Till today accused is enjoying interim bail liberty without moving application for regular bail," the court said. The matter was adjourned to August 17.
