MUMBAI: Shiv Sena MLA Mangesh Kudlakar’s wife, Rajani (42), was found dead at her Kurla Nehru Nagar residence on Sunday night. Primary investigation revealed it was case of suspected suicide, but no suicide note was found till the time of the paper going to the press.
The Kurla Nehru Nagar police reached the spot and took Rajani’s body from her second floor residence in building number 12 in Mhada colony. Her body was sent to the Rajawadi Hospital for postmortem and report is awaited. The police were in the process of registering a case of accidental death. Zonal DCP Krishnakant Upadhyay said, “A family member informed the police.”
