MUMBAI: Funds have been flowing to rejuvenate the Mithi, but it barely shows signs of being any better than a glorified nullah.
It is not surprising, considering that the overarching, chief minister-helmed agency to revive the river — the Mithi River Development and Protection Authority (MRDPA) set up after the July 2005 deluge — has met only six times in 16 years, records procured under the RTI Act show.
