Mumbai Indians sign up Lasith Malinga as bowling coach

MUMBAI: The Mumbai Indians on Friday announced Lasith Malinga as their bowling coach. Replacing former New Zealand pacer Shane Bond in the role, Malinga will join a Mumbai Indians coaching team led by head coach Mark Boucher, and his former teammate, Kieron Pollard, the side's batting coach.

Malinga is already the bowling coach for MI New York in Major League Cricket and MI Cape Town in SA20.
