Mum with huge face tattoo of husband's name plays trick on her 'judgy haters'

A mum who had her husband's name tattooed onto her face in giant letters has tricked her "judgemental haters" into believing she's having it removed. Sadie Bisbee got the words "Johnny's girl" tattooed across her right cheek in bold black and red ink to show her commitment to her husband, John Bisbee, who also has her name plastered on his forehead.

Despite the 25-year-old loving and claiming to feel empowered by her new body art as it shows off that she's 'someone's girl', she's been bombarded with endless negative comments online. The mum-of-four claims she's since been branded 'ugly, a crack head, someone's hoe and a bad mother', as well as receiving glares in public - and has even been approached by a concerned passer-by asking if she was OK.

The tattoo parlour business owners first met in April 2017 before tying the knot the following October.

She said she got her first body ink at the age of 18 and got the face tattoo designed and done by her tattooist husband.

Sadie, of Spokane, Washington, US, said: "The tattoo represents the devotion and love I have for my husband. My husband has his full head and face covered and has my name 'Sadie' across his forehead.

"I didn't consider getting it anywhere else on my body, the plan was always to put it right up on my cheek.

"I've been wanting to get it for about two years. My husband made me wait as long as I did, just to make sure that I really wanted it because it was such a serious tattoo.

"It's my favourite tattoo for sure. When I looked in the mirror immediately after I loved it, and could definitely tell a difference in my appearance."

Sadie said that she's received a mixed bag of comments from strangers on social media about her tattoo, which are mostly negative.

But some of the positive ones have shown their support to her and remarked that it's her body, so her choice, which she said has reassured her that there are still good people in the world.

She also claims that other family members and friends love her tattoo and find it "awesome" how she's chosen to support her relationship.

Sadie said: "People have said that I'm ugly, a crack head, somebody's hoe and that I'm being pimped out, I'm never going to have a career - endless amounts of negative comments are being said.

"People have commented saying 'drug addict, bad mother, victim of domestic violence'.

"I actually had somebody tell me that I needed to get a psych evaluation, basically people are telling me that I don't have a logical mindset, I was forced to get it and didn't have a choice.

"These comments really obviously haven't affected me; they've just proven to me how judgemental the world is. I mean, the only reason they could really affect me is if I really allow them or put meaning to them.

"Of course they're hurtful words and hurtful statements but they can't hurt my feelings.

She set up the GoFundMe page to get back at her 'haters' (Kennedy News and Media)

"In public I've had people glare and give me silent judgement but I've also had people tell me how awesome and cool it is and wonder if it was painful, and just be intrigued by it.

"A woman actually came up to me and asked if I was OK and that was kind of a bit of a shock because I was like 'I don't see why I couldn't be OK, I'm out in the store shopping but yes I'm OK'.

"I expected the hate but it was a shock and surprise to see exactly how far it went and the assumptions people were making. I definitely didn't expect it to be as hateful and cruel as they're being, but it's just part of how it is."

Two days after getting the tattoo, Sadie set up a GoFundMe page to fundraise $15,000 (£12,600), pledging to use the cash for its removal - and she has already started receiving donations.

However the mum has admitted that she actually has no intention of having the procedure and instead created the fundraiser as a 'joke' to aggravate those that disapproved.

Two generous individuals have currently donated $30 (£25) to her page.

But even more astounding, the mum then claimed that given they'd recently paid off their mortgage, she planned to put the money raised towards building a property portfolio.

Sadie said: "I honestly don't want it removed. I'm 100 per cent happy with it. I definitely would have never gotten a face tattoo if I ever would have thought I'd ever wanted it removed.

"Me and my husband had made that tattoo removal page just as a joke, you know what I mean? To everybody that was giving the hate and we were just like 'well, you guys want to hate, go ahead and support it'.

"I set up the page basically just to fire the haters, honestly, do you know what I mean? We were getting so much publicity about it and everything for our tattoo business page and all the above, I just figured let's fuel the fire.

"It was just a joke for all the people mad and it worked. Honestly I think they think it's a little more serious than it is, a joke, and they think I really want it removed, which is understandable.

"But I think that they have more to say about the tattoo itself more than anything else going on around it.

"We're in the middle of saving up to buy some property so it [funds from GoFundMe page] will just go to our property fund. We just paid off our house, so we're now looking for property.

"The phony GoFundMe page titled 'Sadie’s face tattoo removal' reads: "Hi, my name is Sadie. I received this face tattoo and when posted to social media it was brought to my attention that it seemed to make me look like a drug addict ,a bad mother, a victim of domestic violence, even that I’m ugly or somehow have mental issues."
