Mum who gave birth without partner as he 'slept in' thanks midwife for newborn pics

A mum was reunited with a midwife who took adorable photos of her newborn baby while the dad 'slept in' for the birth.

Megan Burns, 23, welcomed baby Gabriella into the world with mum Fiona by her side at Wishaw General Hospital in November.

But her boyfriend slept in for the quick one and a half hour delivery and missed the special moment.
