A mother of seven says she has been left unable to wash in her own home for three years as she alleges her local council took so long to repair her mould infested bathroom that it became too dangerous to use.
Christine Bowden has said that water first started leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom at her home in Fulham, London, when she moved in eight years ago.
The 44-year-old lives at the property with her partner and six of her children — including two children who have breathing difficulties — and claims that falling tiles and growing black mould have made it "completely unsafe" for the family to use.
