Mum-to-be scolded for not announcing pregnancy at sister-in-law's wedding

Time and time again we hear tales of people being told off by friends and relatives for making important announcements at other people's weddings, accused of stealing the limelight or overshadowing the couple's special day. One baffled woman however is now facing the exact opposite issue and doesn't know where to turn.

The woman in question recently found out she was expecting a baby, and so decided to gather family members together for a dinner where she could break the happy news. That same night, she also decided to let them know that she and her partner were engaged, making both announcements at once.

Initially, it appeared that everybody was thrilled for the couple, but then her brother-in-law and sister-in-law - Bob and Janet - pulled her aside, asking why she just didn't make her big announcements at their wedding, which had been held one month before.
