Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter wowed as the woman of the hour as she attended her baby shower. The soap star from Eccles looked sensational in a figure-hugging nude-shade dress that showcased her growing bump.
Jorgie, 34, who plays soap favourite Theresa McQueen in the Channel Four soap, beamed alongside her fiance Ollie Piotrowski as she attended the party in her honour at Manchester restaurant Firefly. She accessorised her dress with over-the-knee black open-toe boots and a cute cuddly cream mini bag.
The actress wore her blonde locks down around her shoulders and opted for a natural makeup palette with fluttery lashes. Jorgie, who revealed in June that she is expecting after the tragic loss of quadruplets, was joined by her Hollyoaks co-stars at the bash.

Chelsee Healey and Jennifer Metcalfe, who play Goldie and Mercedes McQueen, were all smiles as they arrived for the party and Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan, looking cosy in a black aviator jacket with pink furry detail, carried gifts for the mum-to-be.
Guests also included another Hollyoaks favourite Jessica Fox, the soap's Nancy Osbourne, who recently revealed her own joyous pregnancy news with her husband Nicholas Willes after two miscarriage ordeals. Jessica told how hard she found it when she went through her second miscarriage while her Hollyoaks character became pregnant in the soap, calling it a "cruel twist of fate."
She recalled: "As Nancy’s pregnancy progressed, mine didn’t. Putting on the bigger bumps, going to set and having well meaning people say it suited me, or think it was real, ask if I wanted children or when I was going to have children was a daily part of life and each time felt like a fresh blow."
Then, speaking about when it came to filming the birth scene screened in June, Jessica said: "The inevitable happened and I had to film the birth. I hve never been more terrified to film something in my life, Particularly as Nancy had been given a speech on her two previous miscarriage. It was all a bit close to the bone.
"On my due date, at work, I was handed a beautiful tiny baby and I cried uncontrollably throughout the whole scene. The director, not knowing my situation must have thought I was fantastic. I was broken."
Then while on holiday in Greece, she fell pregnant. "I saw the most beautiful rainbow, I was pregnant by the time I got home," she recalled in an emotional Instagram post. Jessica is now being "monitored closely" and is 20 weeks along her pregnancy. "Every time we have a scan and I hold my breath till they tell me they see a heartbeat and I cry every time," she said.
Former I'm a Celebrity contestant Jorgie, who is expecting a baby boy, has been sharing her pregnancy journey with fans on her social media. This summer she shared a snap of herself tucking into some tasty treats as she spoke about her pregnancy cravings.
She told her followers: "Can’t stop. Won’t stop snacking. Seriously though feeling the need to snack all the time. Anyone else the same?" "What food cravings have you mamas had?"
She has been working on a jungle theme nursery in preparation. "Ok… so we’ve started trying to sort out the nursery. Will do a proper reveal when it’s all finished but I just couldn’t wait to get the cot and changing table up," she wrote alongside a sneak peek of the work in progress.
"I’m pretty impressed with myself for building the changing table to be honest, with a little help of course." At the start of this month she said "ok so it’s getting real…" as she got her hospital bag together as she previously asked for advice.
"I’ve started to get a few bits for my hospital bag…" she said." I feel like I’m going to end up taking the kitchen sink at this rate. The list is endless I need your help! What were your essentials?" she asked.
She updated fans with a video of herself attending a midwife appointment. "Another midwife appointment completed," she wrote. "Genuinely love these appointments. I mean there’s there no better sound is there?"
She said: "I’m actually feeling good, still tired but good. I’m starting to feel really really excited." And she added: "Now that the constipation’s stopped I feel ready for anything. #preggo #preggolife"
Jorgie moved her castmates to tears with the news that she was pregnant. The star, who has played Theresa in Hollyoaks since 2008, shared an adorable Instagram video showing their hands and their pet Doberman's paws pulling away to reveal a baby scan.
"Hopeful beginnings …" Jorgie captioned the super-sweet video. The couple, who celebrated their engagement in February at Morley's Hall, Astley, found love in 2020.
Jorgie shared the exciting news that they were engaged in December, just a few weeks after she revealed she had suffered a devastating miscarriage with quads. In August she and Ollie were heartbroken to find out at the 14-week scan there was no sign of life in any of the embryo sacs. She bravely reflected on their loss on her podcast Loose Lips.
Jorgie announced their engagement news on Instagram, sharing a selfie with her new fiance, the owner of Transpire Clothing, and showing off her glistening engagement ring, captioning it: "OMG." Oliver popped the question after she was sent on a treasure hunt of 12 photo clues documenting their love story, each captioned with a handwritten memory and a final clue that led her to a lakeside chalet.
Despite a Haribo ring stuck to one of the pictures, Jorgie insisted that it leading to a proposal never entered her head. She said the proposal was the "silver lining" of 2021.
