A flustered mum has heaped praise on the "angel in disguise" who stepped in to finish scanning her food shopping while she was busy feeding her four-month-old twins - as they even paid for her.
Claire Armstrong, 32, was scanning her shopping through the checkouts at the Asda supermarket in Colchester, Essex, when her twins, Phoebe and Jacob, began to cry.
The mum-of-four initially panicked as she thought she would need to bottle feed them both while in the middle of trying to finish her shopping, but was helped by a kind stranger who stepped in to take over scanning her items so that she could take a moment to tend to her twins.
And the stranger didn't just stop at scanning the mum's shopping, as they even paid the "near £100" bill that Claire had spent - and left the shop before the "gobsmacked" mum had a chance to thank them.

Claire, from Colchester, Essex, put an appeal out on Facebook to find the kind stranger and was later able to thank them personally as she vowed to "pay forward" the good deed.
She said: "I was absolutely gobsmacked when the shop assistant told me that the lady had not only scanned and packed my shopping for me but also paid for it.
"I'm just so touched and myself and my family are extremely grateful to her for being so kind and generous. The bill came to nearly £100 so it was a massive help, especially with the rising fuel costs at the moment.
"As the woman left before I could thank her I just felt the need to track her down so I could say thank you and luckily she saw the posts I put up and messaged me.
"She just said she didn't do it for a reward or recognition just as a little boost to help me from one mother to another and it gave her great joy to help me out. I've said that I will definitely try to pay it forward somehow when I'm in a position to do so.
"The shop assistants were all so helpful as well and offered to help me if I needed it. One of them that I happen to know also helped pack my shopping as well and she brought my trolley to me whilst I was feeding the twins in the cafe.
"I always find the staff in Asda are always so friendly and helpful so a massive thank you to them as well."
The special needs trampoline coach said in her initial Facebook post that the woman who helped her acted as an "angel in disguise", and she was keen to find her to "thank her personally".
She wrote: "I need your help!
"Just been to Asda in Colchester to get my shopping and decided it would be a clever idea to carry the babies in my new twin baby sling around the shop - note to self don't try that again in a hurry!
"Anyway, I need you all to help me find an angel in disguise. Whilst I was trying to scan my shopping, the twins started crying and wanted a bottle so a very kind and generous woman told me to go feed them and she not only scanned and packed my shopping for me, she paid for it as well!
"I am eternally grateful to her and still can't quite believe it! However, she left before I could say thank you so I'm hoping by the power of Facebook I can find her to thank her personally.
"Also a huge thank you to the Asda staff who were really helpful too, so so grateful, you have no idea!"
