A mum was stabbed to death by her ex-partner only 11 days after she had called the police to report his threats against her.

Regan Tierney was found dead after she was brutally killed at the hands of her partner in a horrific murder suicide, a report has concluded.

The 27-year-old was found dead by her father, at her home in Salford, in June 2019, Manchester Evening News reported.
