A mum slapped with a £100 parking fine for a "simple human error" has said she is not paying a penny.
Eileen Povey mistakenly typed a '0' (zero) instead of an 'O' into a ticket machine while entering her number plate details at a car park in Birmingham last month.
To her shock, she was then handed a £60 fine - which increased to £100 after her appeal was rejected - despite paying the 50p charge to park her car.
