She undertook a €10 a week food budget challenge shopping only at Aldi.
Nicola decided to undertake the challenge after her followers requested her to do the video.
The mum had previously done the same €10 challenge at Morrisons in the UK and was keen to give it a go, but said she felt she did better at the Morrisons challenge as she was able to check the prices online beforehand.
Nicola picked up lots for just €10 at Aldi, getting enough supplies to last the week by choosing her items carefully and thinking about her meal plan.

At the end of the week, Nicola spent €10.28 in total. She shared her thoughts on the experiments.
She said: "I don't think I've ever eaten so much potato in one week.
"But in terms of budget-friendly things, jacket potato is the easiest thing to do for that."
She said the instant oats were her biggest regret as she should have just bought porridge oats instead.
By the end of the week, Nicola still had food to spare with one egg, almost the whole jar of peanut butter, two bananas and a third of a loaf of bread all left.
