A young mum with 'unbelievably saggy' size H boobs says they are so heavy that they strangle her as she sleeps - and her partner sometimes has to pick them up.
Holly Shortland is just 4ft 9in and said that her breasts have been causing her back, rib and hip pain for years, as well as starting rashes since she was 14.
The 18-year-old claims that cruel strangers joke that her baby must be 'well fed' while others tell her to wear a bra although she can't find any that fit.
Holly even embarked on a health and fitness mission, shedding six stone in the hope that her boobs would shrink but it did not work and her breasts now weigh about one stone each.

Holly, from Taunton, Somerset, said: "In my sleep, I get woken up by not being able to breathe or my boyfriend wakes me, has to pick up my boobs, put me on my side and rest them on the bed next to me.
"I can't breathe in my sleep, that's the breaking point, I can't do it anymore. They suffocate me. They wake me up every couple of hours.
"They put weight on my chest and if I lay down they go all the way up into my throat and push on my throat and face.
"They're unbelievably heavy and unbelievably saggy. Because of my height, when I sit down they rest in my lap.
"Ryan helps me out a lot with them but as a man he'll never really understand the struggle."
Holly says the sheer weight of her boobs causes sore ribs and hips and if she does manage to squeeze them into a bra, she's left with dents in her shoulders.
Although she's a size medium on her bottom half, Holly has to wear XL t shirts that are still too tight.
She claims she's been heckled in the street by strangers since she was 14 and even while she was pregnant with five-week-old daughter, Luna.
Holly said: "I get nasty comments and rashes where my boobs are swinging against my stomach.
"I hate the way I look. My clothes don't fit unless I wear a binder. I can't get clothes that fit. I have to wear a XL oversized t shirts which come to my knees and you can still see that it's tight on my boobs.
"It's awful on my back and shoulders because they're so heavy and droopy I get hip pain and pains on my ribs really bad.
"Older people tell me I should put on a bra because they'll get more saggy, random people I don't know. I get nasty comments from older people.
"The reason they are so saggy is because of the size of them and I can't change that. I can't even fit them into a bra.
"I'll be minding my own business and people make comments. I posted a weight loss video and strangers were commenting saying it's not fair because most of your weight is your boobs, they're about a stone each.
"All the comments were about my chest, I was wearing an XL t-shirt so they weren't even on show.
"Throughout my pregnancy, all the comments were about my boobs. I was in a pub and someone said 'your baby is going to be well fed'.
"I was in Primark and someone said I didn't look pregnant, I looked obese because of my chest. My chest was out as far as my bump.
"People over sexualised my pregnancy, a person on social media said I shouldn't do a maternity shoot because It would be trashy. I felt awful because my chest is my biggest insecurity."
Holly is fundraising for a breast reduction in Turkey as she hopes to get surgery as quickly as possible.
She's hoping if they're reduced to a DD, she'll be able to sleep properly but worries about how Ryan will react to her having smaller boobs.
Holly said: "I don't like leaving the house, they cause so many issues, dents in my arms and my ribs are being pulled up.
"I struggle to carry Luna because my boobs are in the way and I can't wear a baby wrap.
"Ryan likes big boobs and how I am but I can't do this anymore. He was so supportive of me getting rid of them. He said good for you.
"Ryan loves them how they are. It's how he's always known me.

"I care about his opinion but also his opinion isn't valid. If he said he didn't want me to, I'd tell him to f*ck off and get it done anyway.
"I'm not planning on having a flat chest. Seeing me with a normal-sized chest will be hard for me.
"I'm Holly Shortland, the girl with the big t*ts, ever since I was 14. It's a personality trait now. It will be hard for me to lose a part of myself but I need to get it sorted as soon as possible."
