A raging mum has told how her young daughter was left inconsolable after being refused access to a Tesco Express loo.
Mum-of one Sarah Brooks told how she popped in to the store with little Mia when the youngster told her she needed to go to the toilet.
While looking for the conveniences, Sarah said a shelf stacker "bluntly" told little Mia the toilets are for staff only.
