A mum has been charged 20p to replace a pencil a school say her 10-year-old ADHD and autism -suffering son broke.

Louise Owen was shocked when her boy, Lennie-Lee Maguire, handed her the letter from Lawn Primary School in Northfleet, Kent.

She read the note saying the family would have to pay to replace the damaged equipment.
