The family of a baby girl who was born two months early in Turkey are desperate to get her back home to Greater Manchester.
Kaielle Thompson, 23, gave birth to baby Kaiah on May 17. She was born by emergency caesarean section in Fethiye, where Kaielle and her partner were on holiday to celebrate her birthday. After being born, Kaiah was rushed straight to another hospital three hours away and admitted to a newborn intensive care unit.
Once Kaielle had recovered from the birth, she and her partner had to move to a hotel near the hospital and have had to pay hundreds of pounds to extend their stay. They have also been billed at least £27,000 for Kaiah's hospital care and 'hounded' for the money, Kaielle said.
