A mum who was caught drink-driving after an argument with her partner has been slapped with a 'sobriety tag' to help curb her drinking.
Kerry Green, 39, had been drinking wine at home when her partner of 16 years went out to watch a football match following a business trip and was out longer than expected, a court heard.
After he returned, she got in her car to go and see a friend but was pulled over at 1.30am after officers on patrol spotted her driving with no headlights on in the dark and almost colliding with lampposts as she swerved over the road.
