The mum of a woman who was killed by her own dog last month - an American XL bulldog called Rocco, has backed calls for a change in the law. Dot Robinson, 67, said: “We have to stop these nightmare deaths.“
Her daughter, mum-of-two Joanne Robinson, 43, was killed by her own pet dog.
Dot said: “I’ve never seen a dog as big as Rocco." Sher added: “I warned [Joanne] what would happen but she adored that dog and said ‘I can’t give up on him mum!’.”
