They may have one of the largest broods in the world, but a mum of 16 has announced she is expecting her 17th child.
Patty Hernandez, 40, has given each of her children a name beginning with 'C' in honour of their father, her beloved husband Carlos.
She and her husband live in North Carolina in the US and say they plan to keep up the unique tradition for their 17th child.
