A mum -of-16 and her husband are trying for their 17th child, with the couple already considering names for the baby.

Patty Hernandez, 40, from Charlotte, North Carolina, US, is confident she will conceive again because she is "really fertile".

The mother has handed all 16 of her children names beginning with the letter 'C' in honour of their 39-year-old dad Carlos.
