A food blogging mum has revealed her ultimate Christmas leftovers sandwich - and in true 2022 style, it's toasted to perfection in an air fryer.
Emily, who is based in London and posts recipes online, says she creates a festive sandwich each year, but nothing tops her 'beast' creation that has an extra special slice of bread in the middle that is drenched in gravy.
The mum-of-two shared a video of her making the creation on social media, and it's now racked up more than 800,000 views on her TikTok @emilyscooking_. Emily is shown layering bread, butter, mayo, lettuce, bacon, stuffing, turkey, cranberry sauce, and gravy, with mozzarella and cheddar on top, sprinkled with sage.
