A couple have been told their 'odd-looking' two-storey home extension must be removed. The structure, which was built without permission and encroaches onto a neighbour's home, had a retrospective planning application refused.
Now the homeowners have just weeks to remove it. Paul and Rachelle Horridge use the extension to house a first-floor bedroom for a child.
But the Rossendale Home in Lancashire has been subject to a planning row that has gone on for over a year, reports LancsLive. Enforcement action first began one year ago and has since been extended. The latest deadline for the extension to be gone is late January, 2023.
