Mum killed 38-day-old baby son with paracetamol days after breaking tot's leg and foot

A teen mother who killed her 38-day-old son with an overdose of paracetamol during lockdown has been jailed for five years.

Ellie Jacobs, 19, admitted the manslaughter of Archie Jacobs and child cruelty earlier this month.

She had given birth to her son aged 16 at a caravan site in April 2020.
