Mum furious as company demands £20 to return autistic daughter's teddy bear

A mum is furious after a company asked her to fork out £20 for shipping - to return her autistic daughter's teddy bear.

Donna Nevill, 34, went away on a family holiday to Slough to take in the sights of nearby London, using Onpoint Apartments.

But the family were unhappy with the state of their accommodation so left a day early, on Friday July 1.
