A mum was left furious after she received a letter telling her that her 'healthy' four-year-old daughter was overweight after she was weighed at school.
Lauren Ormesher, 32, is now campaigning for an end to 'damaging' BMI weight checks of children after receiving the news that her daughter Maggie's weight didn't fall in the right category, Lancs Live reports.
Maggie, who is said to go Morris dancing every week, and goes to a primary school in Skelmersdale in Lancashire, was also recently crowned the 'petite' Lancashire winner of a national pageant called 'Miss Diamond UK.'
