A mum believes her children's health issues, which forced her to stop work, were caused by her mouldy flat.
Jennie Bailey, 39, lives in Netherton with her partner and two children aged two and 16. She moved into her flat via housing association One Vision in October 2017.
She told the ECHO: "I remember viewing it before we moved in and my grandma mentioned the smell. Mould started appearing about six months to a year after I moved in."

She added: "One Vision have come out and sprayed it and painted it with special paint, but it keeps coming back. They are trying, but the kids have been sick for what feels like forever.
"My oldest son was having asthma attacks and I was panicking in case something happened in the night and he couldn't get to me."
Jennie, who has a degree in education, has been signed off work and has lost out on jobs due to her children's' health, which she said is down to her living conditions.
She secured a job in a nursery, but soon lost it. She added: "I kept having to take time off because the kids were sick.
"I don't want to go out of the house some days, just getting dressed and going out is a struggle. But I don't want to stay in either."
Jennie said One Vision are working to get new fans fitted in her home, but is concerned it will take time before it's apparent if they've worked. She added: "They came out last week to fit the fans but the baby was sick and they have to knock holes through the outside walls.
"I told them it would have to be on a Monday or a Wednesday. I feel like I'm on the phone all the time."
Jennie is unable to move due to costs and is in arrears on her rent with One Vision due to a misunderstanding with Universal Credit years ago. Her payments were stopped for eight weeks pending an investigation and were never backdated.
Jennie said: "There's not a chance I can afford to go private. It makes me feel like I'm failing as a parent because I can't keep them safe and healthy. I'm lucky I'm not homeless, but still."
One Vision Housing is a member of The Sovini Group, which was formed in 2011. A statement from One Vision said: "We are aware of the matter raised by our tenant, with works being completed today (Thursday, February 16 2023).
"We have previously attempted access with the tenant rearranging appointments."
