Every night, little Kaylan Gibson sleeps in a bed which his concerned mum describes as "a death trap".
In the space of just a few months Kaylan, aged six and who has a wide range of medical conditions, including cerebral palsy, has suffered a burst lip and narrowly avoided becoming stuck in his adjustable hi-low bed, as well as falling out of it.
Fearing for her son's safety Kaley Thompson, from County Durham, feels that she has been left with no other choice but to share Kaylan's single bed as it is the only way to keep her son safe at night, Chronicle Live reports.
