A furious mum filmed the moment a Wilko worker became embroiled in a bizarre tug-of-war at the checkouts as he wrestled items off her - leaving her daughter terrified of 'the man in black'. Sophie Dellow visited the retail chain's store with her son Jaylon Dellow, 12, and five-year-old daughter, Amelia Stephen.
The children decided to play hide and seek so Jaylon clambered into a metal storage trolley before being told to get down by his 31-year-old mum. The stay-at-home mother claims a member of staff explained he 'wasn't happy' before allegedly following them around the store and turning off the tills so they couldn't scan their shopping.
Sophie claims the man, who wore a black uniform, snatched her daughter's sweets away before trying to rip a pack of cotton wool balls away from her own hands. In the heated clip, the worker appears to grab the packet and says 'you're not paying' - before scooping up the rest of the shopping and stashing them behind him.
