A couple and their newborn baby who vanished more than a week ago after their broken down car was found on the M61 near Bolton have been spotted in east London, police say.
Constance Marten, 35 and Mark Gordon, 48, left their car near junction four of the motorway on January 5.
Since then it is believed they went to Liverpool before being spotted in Harwich and Colchester in Essex and police now believe they took a taxi from there to East Ham tube station in east London on January 7.
