A mum has added an incredible £75,000 to the value of her home by making some simple changes and spending just over £11,000.
Madison Grantham, 31, spent the last year renovating the semi-detached property that they rent from her father, so that she and her family can create their dream home.
The mum-of-two, who is a full-time carer to her disabled daughter, spent £11,060 to renovate the five-room house in Norfolk while looking after seven-year-old Maya, who is autistic.
