A young mum who suffered from a curved spine thanks to her natural 34E breasts has undergone 'life-changing' reduction surgery.
Mum-of-one Bree, 23, shared her ordeal after suffering with intense back pain and poor posture due to the size of her breasts.
The content creator from Georgia, US, recalls suffering with scoliosis, a curvature of the spine, in her lower back due to the sheer weight of her pair.
After giving birth to her son, Lincoln, now three, she claims her condition worsened as she started suffering from poor posture and intense back pain.
She began struggling to find clothes which would fit properly and had to restrict her wardrobe to items that would hide her breasts.
As summer rolled around, she tried to get back into fitness – but this proved a challenge as the excess skin would cause chest pain.
In a bid to improve her quality of life, she researched her options and ultimately decided on having a breast reduction.
"Truthfully, I didn't know how I was going to manage another summer with them," Bree said.
"Clothes were so difficult to find that fit well and I didn't like looking at myself because I was so out of proportion.
"I was tired of having to always choose what supported or hide my breasts, rather than what would be most flattering or comfortable – especially swimsuits and dresses.
"After breast feeding, they were completely empty and the skin had stretched out, so it was difficult to find a bra which would still fit.
"Along with tightness in my shoulder and neck from the bra straps, I could only really wear sports bras for everything.
"Working out proved to be a challenge when it came to finding sports wear that supported me and I would have chest pain from the skin moving around too much."
She visited her physician who referred her to a plastic surgeon and claims that the procedure was deemed "medically necessary" due to the pain and discomfort – resulting in the cost being covered by insurance.
She had the surgery on June 2 and has no regrets over her new 34C breasts.
She said: "There hasn't been a single second I've regretted getting it done and each day, they've gotten better as the swelling goes down.
"I've never had surgery before, so I didn't know what to expect – but it was a very smooth process.
"I was expecting to be in a lot of pain, but overall, it was mostly discomfort.
"All my close friends and family have been super supportive of my decision, as most of them know what I was dealing with beforehand.
"My husband, Brett, I'm especially thankful for as he pushed me to finally make the appointment.
"Even our son, he's been nothing but helpful and gentle to his mama."
In a bid to share her transformation, she uploaded a video post-reduction on TikTok, where she has racked up over 30,000 views and nearly 3,000 likes.
In the clip, she speaks about her recovery and after-care, before pulling her top to the side and revealing her bandaged breasts.
Users flocked to the comments to share their words of support.

Someone else commented: "Everyday will feel better, I never had horrible pain, discomfort, yes but not pain, congrats, rest rest rest!"
Bree added: "It's been the best decision I've ever made – just for me.
"If you have the insurance coverage, absolutely advocate for yourself and if it's cosmetic, do some surgeon shopping.
"Healing and pain is temporary, but the long term results will be so worth it."
