The Baltimore Ravens suffered a crushing defeat against the Miami Dolphins by the final score of 42-38. Baltimore blew a 21-point fourth quarter lead, being outscored 28-3 during the period in the process. However, that doesn’t take away from how good Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson played throughout the contest.
Jackson completed 21-of-29 passes for 318 yards and three touchdowns through the air, adding another 9 carries for 119 yards and a score on the ground. During the game, multiple NBA stars expressed their awe at Jackson’s electricity, lobbying for the superstar quarterback to be paid.

Jackson’s price continues to go up with each great performance he has on the field, and so far through two games in 2022 he’s done nothing but see his stock skyrocket. It’s unknown when or if a deal will get done between Jackson and the Ravens, but both sides have expressed interest in getting something done at some point.
