A number of kid's toys being sold on Amazon have been urgently recalled due to fears they present a 'choking risk' to young children.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) issued an urgent recall alert on Monday for three products; Rocky & Chao Wild Animal Hand Puppets, Caterbee Baby Crib Mobile and The Soulcker Smart LED Strip Lights.
They were for sale on Amazon and hundreds of Irish customers had already bought the products.

The CCPC recall notice said: "The Rocky & Chao Wild Animal Hand Puppets and Caterbee Baby Crib Mobile present a choking risk due to the presence of small parts within these products.
"The Soulcker Smart LED Strip Lights contain easily accessible batteries that can be swallowed by children, presenting a choking hazard for young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract."
Around 172 Soulcker Smart LED Strip Lights had already been sold in the Republic of Ireland as well as 15 The Rocky & Chao Wild Animal Hand Puppets and 3 Caterbee Baby Crib Mobiles.
Parents who bought these products have been advised to stop using them immediately and to contact Amazon to see if they can avail of a full refund.
The products were sold online through the Amazon platform and the brands, models, batch numbers and barcodes are unknown.
The CCPC said: "If you purchased one of these products, please discontinue use immediately, discard the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.
"You may wish to contact Amazon to see if there are any remedies available to you. This can be done via your user account on Amazon."
