A multi-storey car park is to be converted into 116 flats with a row of town-houses on the roof. Permission has been granted this week to create The Link Building on Crown Street in Bolton town centre.
The existing multi-storey car park is located on the corner of Bow Street and Crown street.
The plans for the new building, which include a gym, consist of 15 one-bed apartments, 55 two-bed homes, four three-bed apartments, 23 ground floor town-houses and 18 rooftop town-houses. There are also three retails units planned and 93 car parking spaces.
