Mukesh Bansal-led Nurix AI acquires Verloop to expand enterprise offerings

Myntra and Cult.fit founder Mukesh Bansal-led Nurix AI has acquired conversational AI firm Verloop as it looks to strengthen its voice and chat offerings for businesses in India and the Middle East. However, the companies did not disclose the financial details of the transaction.

Founded in 2024 , Nurix develops AI software for enterprises to automate customer support and other business processes. Through this deal, Verloop's chat automation technology and customer base of more than 20 million will be added to Nurix's existing voice AI platform.
