A popular Edinburgh cafe in a plush neighbourhood is on sale.
Glow Cafe has been serving customers in Bruntsfield for the last two years and is a brunch hotspot for locals looking for a bite to eat or cup of coffee.
It is now on the market for a leasehold of £25,000 with the rent sitting at £10,500. The cafe has grown a supportive regular customer base from those eating in and through the home delivery service.

Glow boasts a reasonable sized seating area with cosy armchairs and a few bigger tables for groups with opportunity to fit more customers. It is known for its specialty coffee, homemade cakes and brunches such as avocado on toast with eggs, sourdough toasties and salad bowls.
To make all this food, the establishment boats a spacious kitchen with two huge fridges, a cooker, Buffalo grill, three sinks and a few cabinets. The sellers say the space even offers the potential to enhance the breakfast and lunch menu.
Below that, there is a massive basement that's big enough to store food in freezers and fridges.
Glow is just a short walk away from hostels, nurseries, shops and schools in the area. Just couple minutes away there is canal which is a very popular place for a walk.
The cafe is opened seven days a week 9am-5pm, has full time and part time staff members that are fully trained and covering weekend shifts.
