Thompson ranks as the No. 23 cornerback and No. 258 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2024 class. He’s also listed as the No. 4 player from the state of Tennessee.
Thompson holds offers from more than 15 schools, according to 247Sports. Other suitors for his talents includes Tennessee, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi State, Missouri and Ole Miss.
This would be a monster get for head coach Mel Tucker and his staff, and would be another great prospect to build up the 2024 class with moving forward.
