If it makes life easier, the likelihood is that other parents are going to want to hear about it - and that's exactly why Mrs Hinch wanted to share her McDonald's Happy Meal hack on her social media.
The cleaning influencer and mum of two Sophie Hinchcliffe said that her life had been changed 'forever' when she discovered this trick, but admitted she is 'late to the party' in realising - so wanted to help other parents discover it too.
"Yep, I was today years old when I realised that you could do this", she said as she showed herself pulling the tag situated in the middle of a Happy Meal box from McDonald's.
Surprisingly for some, when you pull the tab, it peels the box in half and removes the lid from the bottom half of the box.
The bottom of the box can then be used as a handy plate, where the chips and burger, or chicken nuggets can be placed, meaning no more putting things onto a napkin for your kids.
Sophie asked: "What have I been doing all my life? I have no idea but I promise you now this has changed my life forever."
She captioned the video: "WHHHAATTT! Please tell me I'm not alone here? Did anyone else not know this? Why am I always late to the party?!"
She then encouraged her followers to: "Use this audio and share a hack you've discovered!"
In the comments, other people were amazed by the trick.
One mum joked: "Wow. Wilby's staple diet and I did not know that. He will be well impressed when I pull that one out of the bag later", and another added: "Seriously, this should be in the curriculum..."
Someone else wrote: "My mind has been blown by this!! Wtf! I live under a rock or else I'm just old!"
"WHAT", someone questioned, whilst another commented: "Oh my goodness."
