Mrs. Brown's Boys star Danny O'Carroll has revealed how he managed to lose three stone after making two lifestyle changes.
The actor, 39, who plays Buster Brady in the hit BBC and RTE comedy, said he feels better in himself both physically and mentally after the weight loss.
Danny said he was feeling sorry for himself in the pandemic before he turned to running and began watching his food intake with the help of nutrition app MyFitnessPal.
He revealed how with those two changes, he saw his weight drop from 14-and-a-half stone down to 11-and-a-half stone.

Danny told RSVP Magazine : "I was sitting around feeling sorry for myself in the pandemic, wondering what I was going to do with no work.
"I don’t know what it is about running, it puts you into a world of your own, you feel confident and you feel like everything is going to be fine.
"For anyone struggling with their mental health, I would advise them to take up running. From there, I need to get back on [the nutrition app] MyFitnessPal."
And while Danny said he watches what he eats, like many of us, his biggest vice is chocolate.
He continued: "I try to watch what I am eating but I love food and I am addicted to chocolate. I try to get to bed early, before I start getting hungry but that can be hard to do."
Danny spoke honestly about how hard it can be to maintain weight loss but says he thinks it's all about mindset and he now loves the way he looks.
He said: "I am hanging in there. I am barely keeping the weight off, but I’m getting back into the mind frame of getting fit again.
"I am back in the gym and out running again. I am happy with the way I look now, I am not toned but I am happy.
"I was very heavy, I was 14-and-a-half stone at 5ft 8in and now I’m at 11-and-a-half stone."
Danny recently jetted to Amsterdam with his co-star Paddy Houlihan to film for RTÉ travel show High Road, Low Road.
He said: "I didn’t realise how separated Paddy and I were going to be when they revealed who was getting the luxury trip and who wasn’t.
"I thought we would perform it for the camera and then meet up for our holiday in the evenings.
"But the cameras were on us from the minute we got up until we went to bed that night. I spent a long time cycling around Amsterdam with a flat wheel!"
Danny had been to Amsterdam once once before and he saw a very different side to the Dutch city.
He said: "I went with my dad to see Ireland play Holland when I was 11 or 12.
"The holiday I had was completely different from other people’s experiences. The city has a name for drugs and the Red Light District. What I saw of it was stunning."
Danny O'Carroll and Paddy Houlihan will appear on High Road, Low Road on Tuesday night at 7pm on RTÉ One.
