The show, which is similar to Squid Game, was already very popular after its first season, with 50 million viewers in just one month on Amazon Prime Video. Season 2 brought back some favorite players and added new challenges, but a storm in Las Vegas made filming much harder than expected.
The delays were expensive and stressful. MrBeast explained that the storm damaged equipment and circuits, and the crew had to work late to catch up. These unexpected problems added up to huge costs in plane fees, crew wages, and other expenses. Despite the challenges, filming continued, and the show still became a hit.
