Having heard it all myself, I am conscious that the UK taxpayer may be growing weary of what may sound like perennial complaining from the hospitality sector. But the fact remains: the huge rise in business rates over the next three years spells disaster for the hospitality industry.
It must be urgently reconsidered by the government.
